Hunter Adventure Centre is the adventure and corporate team-building specialist located at Hunter Valley Resort + Farm in Pokolbin.
Their programs are designed to get people communicating, collaborating, competing and problem solving together, with activities ranging from structured team challenges to outdoor adventure.
That means we can combine professionally facilitated team building with your meeting rooms, lunch, dinner, Hunter Valley experiences and accommodation rather than treating the activity as a separate excursion.

Corporate X Games is one of Hunter Adventure Centre's major large-group team-building formats.
Teams rotate through a series of activity stations, collecting points as they compete against colleagues in a round-robin tournament.
Current activity combinations can include experiences such as:

The current Corporate X Games format is designed comfortably for approximately 50 to 180 participants. For larger numbers, multiple sessions or a broader rotating program can be considered.

Mission Impossible uses a series of challenges designed around strategy, creativity, communication, collaboration and thinking outside the box.
It is particularly useful when the objective is to observe how colleagues communicate and solve problems together, while still keeping the experience enjoyable.

A Hunter Valley team day can combine the journey, team building, lunch and a genuine wine-country experience into one corporate program.
Hunter Adventure Centre can help coordinate corporate day-trip programs incorporating transport, professionally facilitated team building and other Hunter Valley experiences.
Once at the Farm, lunch or drinks can be incorporated at 4 Pines at the Farm, followed by a wine experience or another activity before the return journey.
Large Corporate Groups
What if the team is too big for one activity?
That's where rotations become particularly useful.
Large groups can be divided into smaller teams and rotated through different adventure, wine and hands-on experiences across the property.
One group might be grape stomping while another is barrel rolling, competing in an adventure activity or taking part in a wine experience. Groups rotate before coming back together for lunch, dinner or another whole-group component.
This allows team building to become part of much larger Hunter Valley conference and incentive programs.
