Our estate wines begin in our 55-year-old vineyard here on the property. The grapes are grown onsite in Pokolbin and the wines are made locally in the Hunter Valley before returning to Hunter Farm Cellars for you to taste, enjoy and take home.
You can simply visit for a wine tasting, or go deeper with our Vineyard Inspection, Hunter Valley Wine School, Wine Theatre, Grape Stomping and Barrel Rolling experiences.

Hunter Farm Cellars is our onsite cellar door at Hunter Valley Resort + Farm, surrounded by our vineyard and the countryside of Pokolbin.
Taste our estate-grown Hunter Valley wines alongside a selection of wines from other Hunter Valley producers. Our cellar door team can guide you through the wines and help you discover different Hunter Valley varieties and styles.
Our estate grapes are grown here at the Farm. The wines are made locally in the Hunter Valley. There is no winery or wine production facility onsite.

Follow the journey from grapevine to bottle with our Wine Theatre experience. The visual presentation explores the annual vineyard cycle, harvest, fermentation, maturation and blending before continuing into a guided wine tutorial.

From our vineyard to your glass.
Our 55-year-old vineyard is part of our family-owned 100-acre property in Pokolbin. These vines continue to provide grapes for our estate-grown Hunter Valley wines.
The grapes are grown and harvested here at the Farm, then made into wine locally in the Hunter Valley. The finished wines return to Hunter Farm Cellars, where visitors can taste them close to the vineyard where their story began.
That connection between vineyard, wine and cellar door is at the heart of the Hunter Farm Cellars experience.
