Grapes for our estate-grown wines are grown here on the property in Pokolbin. Our wines are then made locally in the Hunter Valley.
Through Wine School, Wine Theatre, vineyard experiences and wine tasting, visitors can explore the relationship between the grapevine, grape varieties, winemaking and what eventually appears in the glass.
You do not need to know anything about wine before you begin. The point is to leave understanding a little more than when you arrived.
